PERENNIAL Lavender is one of the most popular herbs and is grown for both its pleasantly scented leaves and its colorful flowers. Plants are tender perennials, growing into compact mounds 18-24” (45-60cm) tall with small gray leaves and lavender-colored flower spikes. Use to perfume soaps, pillows, sachets, bath water, and in flower arrangements. Plant as a low hedge or edging.
Care: Water regularly and fertilize when plants are 6” (15cm) tall. Prune immediately after flowering to keep plants compact.
