Jack Willoughby, creator of Anvil Island Design, was born in Virginia, spent part of his youth in California, and lived on Vancouver Island until his passing in 2022. His love for the ocean and the Islands natural beauty gave him much of his inspiration throughout the years.
Jack’s unique ironwork is carried in Art Galleries, gift shops and private homes all throughout the world since 1992, and his legacy continues through his daughter Hayley Willoughby. Her and her partner Blair now own and operate the business and are thrilled to be carrying on Jack’s beautiful designs, while creating and adding new pieces to the collection.
The strength and simplicity of their work will live on and continue to enhance homes and gardens for years to come.
