This mixture is a colourful and tasty blend of annual and perennial flowers which are edible. Cilantro, Nasturtium and Chives have tangy flavors while Dianthus is spicy and clove-like. Borage has a cool, cucumber-like flavor and Calendula has a mild, peppery taste. Cornflower, Johnny Jump-Up, Pansy and English Daisy have mild and slightly sweet flavors. Lavender Hyssop has a licorice flavor, and Lemon Mint has a strong, minty flavor. Plant and Care: Scatter seeds in spring or summer. In mild climates, seeds can also be planted in fall. Rake soil lightly to cover seeds. Keep moist for 4-6 weeks to allow seeds to germinate and become established. Water as needed once plants are established.
