BIENNIAL Mounded plants bear large, flat flower heads in a variety of colors including white, pink, rose, red, deep violet, and bicolors. The fragrant single flowers are borne from late spring to mid-summer, and are excellent for cutting. Use in borders, naturalized, and in rock gardens.
Care: Water regularly and fertilize when spring growth begins. After flowering, remove spikes to encourage second blooming.
